proposed approach: consider that the main approach is learning ASP.net core (backend API) to use with react/next frontend perhaps if this is a problem now, spend time learning what counts and don't worry about building full asp.net app

possible improvements:

might be the issue with just cloning the project vs [create codespace] in the [create codespace] walkthrough they mention VM(virtual machine?), container, and storage being linked. Screen Shot 2023-09-16 at 7 49 00 AM sounds like SQLite could've been the storage that would've fixed the error. [7:51am]

it's doing a full production style build it seems Screen Shot 2023-09-16 at 7 51 57 AM [7:52am]
