Saving file gives: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process #1330

Describe the bug When I save my changes I get:

When I edit the file in VSCode there is no problem saving it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change a configuration
  2. Save your change
  3. See error

Expected behavior No error and file being saved
