Support FFI filtering by cadence #105

Long cadence curves can't be obtained by cadence. Eleanor doesn't support retrieving by cadence and we might need to find some way to do it.

All ffis can be filtered by cadence but those from eleanor. Hence, eleanor curves will need to be filtered by sectors.
