TCircle error in your MegaDemo program

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run your MegaDemo program  
2.Select dropdown menu Figures->Circles 
3.Select Tcircle in left listbox, change StrokeWeight property using spinedit, 
and the radius of the circle become very large. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The radius should increase step by step, but it become very large just in one 
step. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Version 1.1.0 on win 7

Please provide any additional information below.

The same effect is also seen when you check editable.

OnRadiusChange will alway give 1637288 value
