Document Naming Settings revert after update #1213

Information about bug

When updating v14 custom document naming settings for Leave Application doctype gets reset to default values.

Customized document naming settings for all other doctypes remain in place, but for this one, it reverts to HR-LAP-YYYY-.

The expectation is to have all customization remain in place after bench update.
