Live Classes | Zoom Integration #481

A Live Class feature will be added to Classes in LMS.

There will be a new tab for Live Class besides the Students tab.

From there, Moderators will get to create a new live class with all the details. Once the live class is created a notification will be sent to all the students. They will also be notified a few hours before the class.

The students can then visit the class page and join the class.

Under the hood, it's going to be a Zoom Integration. The live class will be created as a meeting in Zoom and when the students join the class they will be redirected to zoom.

We would love to have a MS Teams integration.

We would like to have an altogether our own Frappe Video Meeting Engine rather than using any of the available video conferencing tools/softwares.

Jitsi-meet is a good option to consider for Video conferencing if integrated in erpnext

Microsoft offers its A1 licenses free of charge for life for educational institutes, why not use the opportunity to collaborate with them and offer a solution that is robust, world renowned.

is there any zoom integration video tutorial available, I am unable to zoom integrate with available documentation. if any one can give me step by step video that would be helpful.

I think integration with bigBlueButton is much better an open source advanced Virtual Classroom Software (https://bigbluebutton.org/)
