feat: ACH Direct Debit payments #10

Stripe.js now supports ACH Direct Debit: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit

Getting this set up would be great!

I have a new completely rewritten and up-to-date stripe integration coming imminently for frappe cloud that supports all their payment methods and card readers Is ACH direct debits a feature you would pay for?

As in sponsor the feature for inclusion here, or pay for a separate app?

The app is already written and tested. Pay monthly via frappe cloud

Does that work for self-hosted?

I would have to license it separately. Note also it has been implemented as an erpnext app. I haven't tested for just frappe though it might work. I'll test it.
