Trying to fix CI #17

CI is failing because binutils/strip is failing on the ghc-lib-parser used by fourmolu 0.14. This PR is experimenting with ways to fix or work around that. First idea was to eliminate build parallelism; that doesn't seem to have had any impact.

I've added a commit removing fourmolu 0.14 to see if there's anything else failing or just that.
