allow changing volume in every window #24

It would be nice if the phone's hardware volume buttons allowed changing the volume in the current app. Currently, this is impossible (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.gaia/04kNqgHfjXc).

Alternatively: Show volume buttons in a more prominent place. Maybe in the top row (instead of the power button)?

im working on a volume bar. maybe it could be hidden by default and an icon inside the top row could slide it in? atm its permanent in the playing tab.

--edit2-- "volume is not returned for remote players". then i should fallback to up/down buttons probably? else clicking the volumebar might boost the volume higher then expected?
