fix pinned article styling #65

Less spacing on elements in card please, the image is being separated from the card borders.

I updated the html classes to remove bottom margin using bootstrap 5. Now the borders of the card are snug to the sides of the thumbnail regardless of whether we are in mobile view or on desktop. It looks good.
