• [x] During login, for valid but unregistered email addresses, an error message should be displayed. We need to decide between using 'Invalid email' or 'Email not registered' for this message.

• [x] When the close button is clicked to dismiss the popup menu that appears upon logging into the fc-dashboard site, the popup menu should remain hidden for one week. However, despite clicking the close button, the popup menu still reappears with every login.

• [ ] No window opens when clicking the notifications button.

@ulgerf @hilalnigarbasan I noticed that it returns Username or password wrong. Please try again. message also for non-existing accounts. We can update test cases based on this scenario if needed.

But admin is an existing account. I meant we don't get "Email is not registered" for non-existing accounts.
