Add hadolint tool at 'lint' stage #7

This PR integrate hadolint in the pipeline, providing static analyser reports for all the Dockerfile files.

Initially this does not break the pipeline, but it is added with the idea of changing that in the future when the hints were removed.

Wow, hadolint has a lot of suggestions :)

We should make a Jira ticket to address those. But as for this change, it's an ACK from me and I'll just merge it.
