Copy bitplane.sys into install dir #39

The intention is to cause it to be built into the snapshot archives.

Apologies, I had to force push to this branch because I realised I committed under the wrong username. This is going to cause the CI to run again and presumably fail again.

It looks like it's in dependency hell and is failing to install libc:i386 onto ubuntu-20.04. I'm not familiar enough with Ubuntu/Debian at this point to know precisely what is wrong :-/

There seem to be some launchpad PPA networking issues...

Many thanks for re-running the build (I assume several times) until apt-get managed to download the packages successfully and pass the build.

What do you think of this PR? Is it possible to merge it or are there any changes I need to make?
