At present, many plugins have styling information included in them. This
means that, since we can't currently stop and reload a plugin while Crunchy
is running, we must restart Crunchy each time a styling change is done in
order to see its effect.
This is not very efficient....
I think we should only use css classes as styling information inside
plugins (perhaps using a notation where the class name is prefaced by the
plugin name) and keep all the styling information for plugins (not docs per
se) inside crunchy.css
