Fails to build for Ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) on Launchpad PPA #25

The failed build logs are visible on the Launchpad PPA site. Currently the holdback is a missing define in the Qt headers, which leads me to believe that the Qt version included with lucid might be too old. The Bitcoin PPA doesn't seem to have any trouble building for lucid however...

This if fixed in commit 7fa6d96; closing.
