build: add make-goal "setup-sdk" #795

Calling this recipe will setup and SDK inside the repo-folder. This makes it quite easy to start building own packages, which might lower the border for beginners.

check the new section of the README for basic documentation.

As mentioned, this will make setting up an SDK-build much more easy. If nobody vetos I'll merge after 2 weeks.
