Updated: incorrect links & wording #867

Good day! I have updated the README.md file to have a consistent spelling of e.g. OpenWrt or ImageBuilder. I also improved the wording and replaced some obsolete links with the new ones. Feel free to leave some feedback. I'm always happy to help :)

I also added the upstream build requirements, which also closes the https://github.com/freifunk-berlin/firmware/pull/853 issue.
