mod-freifunk: remove the "remote update" feature #15

As mentioned in [1] the "remote update" function is dead since the underlying remote-update tool was droped in [2]. So we should also remove it from the code. A similar change had been done for Freifunk-Berlin in their fork "luci-mod-freifunk-ui".
