Same changes are showing multiple times in left panel - STAGING #633

Tested on staging: (https://swapify.fri.uniza.sk:444/) Steps to reporduce:

  1. Click on the course
  2. Click on the change request icon in detailed window of course
  3. Choose course you want to change
  4. Confirm information window
  5. Do the same change request for the same course
  6. Check left panel - Changes -> There are multiple same changes, shouldn't be there only one for the same change?
