menu for criminal activity when menu is active or when a player is a "criminal" they get put into a special DB for the computer in the police vehicles to "look" up the criminal criminal activities can be things like rob the stores rob people on the streets etc

more criminal activities can be

  1. dug transport(move large quantities of drugs long distance)
  2. drug manufacturing(refine/create crack, meth etc)
  3. steal vehicles to sell to a "chop shop"
  4. assassination missions
