Idea: Add gitmoji-changelog badge in README #104

When running gitmoji-changelog, ask user if he wants to add the badge gitmoji-changelog at the beginning of his README.md.

The question should appear only if README.md exists and the badge does not exists yet.

No @kefranabg propose the cli ask user if they want to add your badge in their projects to promote gitmoji-changelog 😉
