drc and holes #2274

DRC seems to be using the part both on the board side and on the copper side. True of any part that has a hole with rings?

part fzp is fritzing/pdb/core/DB25M.fzp, svg is pcb/DB25M.svg

r6662 : remove separate consideration of holes (so the db25 no longer triggers the drc). However, overlapping nonconnectoritems (e.g. db25 and a hole part) are not detected.
