Screw terminals with symetric silkscreen #2394

These are generated parts, so you would have to provide a model svg which I could use as a template for generating.

make a pcb-footprint for screwtreminals with middle aligned soldering-holes. have to decide how we bring this footprint into fritzing as an option for the 3,5mm screwterminal.

Still an issue in 0.9.6. These scre connectors comes in two ways, with the pins centered or offset. Fritzing currently only implements the offset ones. From the forum: "This is the Fritzing core part as a 2 pole 3.5mm pitch, notice that the depth is about 5.8mm or so, notice that the pins are offset towards the back. The ones I have on hand, which are the most common (or at least, cheapest) variety out of china (sold on ebay etc) are these, notice the depth is 6.8, and the pins are on the midline, spaced evenly from front and back." I think both of them are used, so a checknbox could be added to implement these centered screw terminals. Remove imported label, add parts label
