cannot add a single digit to the resistance of a resistor

Current Behaviour

It is not possible to add a digit to the current value of a resistor. This does not happen with the capacitor.

Build: Fritzing 1.0.3

Operating System: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce:

Drop a resistor
Go to the resistance property and click it. All the numbers are selected.
Click again to have the cursor between any digits of the current number. The cursor blinks
Add a digit with the keypad (e.g., 0).
The digit is not added and all the characters at the right of the cursor are selected

If you press again, then, the digit replaces the selection, but this is not a nice behaviour as it requires to almost type all the number again.
