Hi Fritz, I was wondering which blacklist (from what source) you have used for this? Thanks, Carolin

Hi @cmsauer The blacklist is based on the problematic regions (Telomeric, Centrometeic-regions) of GRCh37 or GRCh38 from UCSC. Additionally we restricted Spectre in some regions where we discovered problematic signal behavior near those regions in multiple samples. I hope this helps.
