To take care of Issue #46 Implemented punctum mora shortcuts (gf..) instead of (g.f.) and horizontal episema shortcuts (efe___) instead of (e_fe)

Commit df96608f3eb8f8b0bc779617d3e2f4ddc9fca7db fixes issue #46 while also starting to implement the other epismasta modifiers described by gabc (_3, _4, _5, for example).
