Pokemon Stadium 2 - r204 or r207 regression #211

Using Official HWFBE_Fixes(forum), the fb image of opponent pokemon entering 
battle(other than 1st one) has correct size in the portrait(image4).

With r207(repository), it is now over-sized(image5).  I have tested all new 
fixes in MyWIP before r204 and it is working correctly.

Tested with same settings and on same emu.
