Can we make the bindAll helper the default behaviour? #48

Is there ever a case where we could want fruitmachine methods not to be bound to the module?

(Like with the issue you raised for options I think underneath this could be a coded as a helper - but one that is there by default)

I've changed my mind there are many valid use cases where you wouldn't want to bindAll.
