A few tweaks... #8

1) Add daily unique visitors total to subject 2) Minify e-mail source to reduce file size 3) Reduce padding and spacing around headings 4) Get rid of server response and page load columns for the time being (since they seem quite inaccurate) and replace with bounce rate
