GPG 2.2.9 fix #9

This change fixes key id search for GPG 2.2.9 (possibly 2.2.8). The output of the list-packets option has changed, which is why the key id was returned twice, separated by spaces.

For some reason I didn't get an email notification about this, and ended up implementing a similar fix myself when my laptop stopped being able to boot.

This should be resolved (in a slightly cleaner fashion) in commit a01f9d5b20771a0aea8a6165bc0d1cac6b53f287. Can you let me know if this fixes your issue? If not, feel free to reopen this PR.
