huet_stems_aor.txt summarizes the roots that appear in injunctive conjugation forms in the SL_roots.xml file from Huet. For a given root, injunctive conjugations may appear in either the Parasamaipada or Atmanepada or Passive form. Each injunctive form also has a 'kind', identified by a number 1 to 7. This kind-pada information is present in the file.
There are only 7 roots with injunctive forms. Here they are (the 'Q' is passive voice)

This pertains to Huet's injunctive tense (or aorist injunctive, or root aorist).
This issue summarizes differences and similarities noticed in the comparison of verb conjugations; the methodology is described in the readme for huetcompare/verbs-tp-inj.
The 'compare' title is misleading here, since pysan system does not currently compute this root aorist.
