compare to Huet, verbs, injunctive tense #15

Open funderburkjim opened 8 years ago

funderburkjim commented 8 years ago

This pertains to Huet's injunctive tense (or aorist injunctive, or root aorist).

This issue summarizes differences and similarities noticed in the comparison of verb conjugations; the methodology is described in the readme for huetcompare/verbs-tp-inj.

The 'compare' title is misleading here, since pysan system does not currently compute this root aorist.

root coverage in Huet

huet_stems_aor.txt summarizes the roots that appear in injunctive conjugation forms in the SL_roots.xml file from Huet. For a given root, injunctive conjugations may appear in either the Parasamaipada or Atmanepada or Passive form. Each injunctive form also has a 'kind', identified by a number 1 to 7.
