Addition of free.fr into --filter #175

Need a filter option for free.fr

Seems most free.fr sites are all active. not many inactive one's at all. I don't think free.fr is as strict at removing offending content like blogspot and others. https://travis-ci.org/mitchellkrogza/FUNCEBLE-Domain-List-Testing-Repo---001/builds
