Reference hugo.toml instead of config.toml #53

My guess is that the configuration used to be in config.toml, but I found all of the referenced configuration in hugo.toml instead, so I figured I'd update it for anyone else that comes by.

I checked each reference to config.toml to be certain, but if I'm wrong about any, please correct me.
