Caret displays selected position but it is not very obvious.

Is it possible to make it blink or appear more obvious?

Simple example would be to start a new project and place a TMemo on the page 
and insert a small amount of text. Run the project and click somewhere in the 
text line. The caret will blink to show the selection point. This would achieve 
the desired effect if in HTMLViewer.

This would just make sense if HTML Viewer supported the 'contenteditable' 
attribute.[1]
There's a test case for this at html5 Doctor.[2]

In text input fields the caret already blinks.
