Add feature to set static path for SSH_AUTH_SOCK

ssh-agent provides the way to set a static path for SSH_AUTH_SOCK socket. This PR implements the parameter to use the feature in keychain.

Sadly the project seems dead :-(

It would be nice if one of the core committers gave write permissions to someone in the community (I'd gladly volunteer)
