Yank-pop causes cursor to disapper

Alt-Y causes the cursor to disappear.
Ctrl-/ causes comment "//' to be inserted.
Alt-W opens Atom Toolbar Window
Alt related commands shifts the perspective to the toolbar.

Can you give more details on these issues? Seems none of them happened to me.

I'm using :

Ubuntu 12.04,
Atom 0.96
The default atom keybinding for Alt has not been overridden by the plugin. So pressing Alt is causing default atom toolbar to get selected

Might be a bug of Atom, see atom/atom/issues/2122
