SPAs still dont work? #396

The extension still fails to change the tab name for github, gitlab, etc (the sites I wanted it for XD) when the DOM is not reloaded, at least in the last versions of chrome.

The PR and his issue suggest a solution tho, I guess you are waiting for another contribution for the updated codebase? Just opening an new issue as the others were closed (similar case as https://github.com/furybee/chrome-tab-modifier/issues/206 which remains closed)

I just saw you past announcement about pausing the development in https://github.com/furybee/chrome-tab-modifier/issues/180 but I guess this is no longer the state.

Anyway, thanks for the extension!
