Use URL-prefixes in Markdown #64

Prefer using api:, articles: or ##BASE_URL## prefixes instead of referring directly to https://fuseopen.com/docs/.

Our HTML generator can easily insert the right address and that is more flexible.

Turns out there's also api: and articles: prefixes. I think I'll do another test.
