Rework all generated trivial interaction examples #59

As can be see on e.g. https://github.com/fut-infrastructure/implementation-guide/pull/58 there's a lot of example requests that are being touched for each release. Move the trivial examples to follow the standardized format of:

@jkiddo we will revert the commits to files where it is merely timestamps / bearer token information that was updated for this release. I will look into this at some point, but probably not before the release.
