Add Default Emoji Skin Tone Option #722

Use Cases

Anyone who wants to switch skin tones of emojis has to at least once select the emoji skin tone via long press.

Proposal

It would be a huge timesaver, if they could select a default skin tone once and be done. The option to select would stay, but the default would be already set, speeding up the time to have a properly set up emoji table.

Additionally, allowing different categories to having different skin tones based on further modifications.

For example, here's how GBoard handles skin tone.

This is my actual skin tone, but then the person emojis have this hair colour, something I don't have. Screenshot_20241113-171641_GitHub.png

I have black hair, but if I make that the default, the skin tone changes to fair. Screenshot_20241113-171657_GitHub.png

So, having granular customisation would be super helpful.
