In our work, we have several Dell P2723DE monitors that are not recognized by fwupd.

Dell seems to provide firmware for the Monitors only in form of a Windows binary. I found an Ubuntu version only for the P2723QE.

They haven't concluded the business plan for fwupd. The most immediate help for you might be Dell support service.
