Hi! Thanks for opening your first issue here! :smile:
Hi, it looks like errors related to rust compilation instead of frb core, thus maybe good to check/ask in cargokit or rust itself. Also, maybe search the history issues https://github.com/fzyzcjy/flutter_rust_bridge/issues?q=%22cpal%22, since there are some people who successfully use cpal iirc.
Fixed the build error from this issue. In my case I had to remove the -framework AudioUnit
flag. Sorry I should have checked that one haha. I'm still a little skeptical of cpal
working correctly on iOS, but I'll be sure to open an issue if I run into anything (after a more thorough look at existing issues) :)
Happy to see it works!

Describe the bug
I'm trying to use the
cpal
crate for some DSP and audio processing in my flutter app. However, when I try to upload the app to a physical iOS device, I get this error:I know for a fact that
cpal
supports iOS, so my thought was that there must be some configuration issue here with my Flutter application. I also went into Xcode > Build Phases > Link Binary With Libraries and addedCoreAudio.framework
to the list, still no luck. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.Steps to reproduce
run
cargo add cpal
, run the code generator again, and try uploading the app to a physical deviceLogs
Version of
clang++
15
