Add responses to response.md #178

For the git-practice homework, I added my responses to the 'response.md' file. This was also a way to practice forking, cloning, branching, pushing, and submitting a pull request.

If you need some real world examples you can always google "_____ use cases" and fill in the blank with the current concept you are trying to understand better.
