Strong params and before filters #9

Used to be covered in rails-summative, and they're referenced in rails-model-validations, but I'm not sure if they've been covered in the 010 materials.

Never mind - this was included in the bdd exercises.

It might be worth breaking out a one unit lesson on strong params and before filters. @gaand what are your thoughts?

@jrhorn424 I'm wondering if feature based training of this stuff eliminates the need for focused repos.

So, something to cover and revisit in a number of trainings?

I want to close this. @gaand Can you let us know if there's still confusion around before filters and strong params? Developers still found before filters confusing in 012, but much less so than in pervious cohorts.

@laurenfazah and @J-Weeks should comment, but my impression was that they were less confusing for cohort 013.
