[WEB] [JS-Edit Profile-Education] Auto-Select Functionality for Course Field

Steps:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, find and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Job Seeker email ID and password, then click on the login button.
4. After successful login, click on "JOB SEEKER" in the menu tab and select "Edit Profile."
5. Proceed to the "Education" section.

Actual Result:

• The "Course" field within the Education section provides an auto-select option with a pre-existing group of courses available in the system.
• When a new course is entered by the user which is not present in the pre-existing options, there should be an "Add Item" or similar feature displayed to add the new course to the system's database.
• However, the "Add Item" option does not appear when a user enters a new course that is not already available in the list of courses.

Expected Result:

• The "Course" field should feature an "Add Item" or a similar option visible whenever a user enters a course that is not present in the available list of courses.
• The system should enable the addition of a new course to the database, facilitating the expansion of the available course selections for future use by Job Seekers.
