Steps:

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
  2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
  3. Enter the registered Employer email ID and password, then click on the login button or press enter.
  4. After successful login, make sure the profile has a subscription to any plan. Click on "Search" in the homepage.
  5. In the Profiles Search page, select any candidate's profile to view the full details.
  6. Navigate to the "Resumes" section within the candidate's profile.

Actual Result:
The "Resumes" section displays the title "Resume is the most important document recruiters look for. Recruiters generally do not look at profiles without resumes" for both job seekers and recruiters.

Expected Result:
The displayed title should be removed specifically for recruiters, while it can remain visible for job seekers in the "Resumes" section.
