Cron job for Security Scanning pipeline comes into this

@jadecarino can we list as tasks the cron jobs that are still needed if this is not already complete

@hobbit1983 When James and I opened this item, I believe all we were going to include in this was: Regression Testing and Security Scanning.

I think we need to revisit how we'd like to approach the security scanning in terms of the programs I wrote earlier this year and if we still want a CronJob set up. That work item I was set did specify that we were going to set up a CronJob to run my scanning tool every day, but I think we should decide if thats still the way we want to go?
