Small fixes #9

Hej, Just two small changes... I wonder if we could make the chmod service optional, on my setup I usually don't really need it, I guess disabling it would lower a little the server load (probably very little, but still..)

yeah, disabling chmod should be reasonable. It really shouldn't be necessary at all, grumbles.
