@galaxy-iuc/owners anyone have any interest in trying out the tools?
For those of you who don't sit in IRC all day long...Parsec was born because using the bioblend API can be cumbersome for simple tasks. No reason to write a script when a tiny wrapper should exist for the functions in bioblend, no reason to fire up python and copy+paste an API key, when it could be sitting in a reusable ~/.parsec.yaml like Planemo.
Roadmap
v0.9 testing/feedback on tools/click/commands that are missing or don't behave as expected/various improvements.
v1.0 replace everything in galaxy/scripts/api with parsec commands
