Data upload error #11

Describe the bug Data uploads do not work. Unable to run this job due to a cluster error, please retry it later. Reproduce by uploading any data.

upload is using the local slurm queue (which maybe should change in future) Seemed to be a misconfig. that was easy to see by running squeue or scontrol ping and from slurm logs. Updated host file. Fixed.
